Please note, we require prepayment for all of our services unless you are a Colorado based law firm. Colorado law firms receive net 15 terms automatically. There is a 10 day grace period on all invoices. A $10.00 late fee per invoice per month is applied to all delinquent invoices. If you require extended terms, please contact our office directly at (866) 596-9995 before submitting your case to us for service.

Process Service


Standard Service: First attempt is generally within 72 hours of receipt. Service is attempted 4 times over a 14 day period at varying times of the day. We cannot guarantee the time in which we attempt, unless you have made arrangements with our office in advance. If you have a short deadline on your case, you may want to send this case to us as a rush assignment to ensure your case is served within your deadline.

Rush Service: We will make a total of 4 attempts over a 72 hour period on these cases which includes, 2 attempts within 24 hours of receipt and 2 additional attempts over the remaining 48 hours. You can locate the rate for service on our free quote page, which is checked daily for accuracy.

Once service is completed, you will receive a notarized affidavit of service or non-service. This affidavit will be notarized, uploaded to your online account, and mailed within 48 to 72 hours of completion. If you do not have an online account, you will not be able to obtain a digital copy of your affidavit, however, we will still mail your notarized original within the same 48 to 72 hours.

90% of all cases are served within the above types of service, however some defendant/witnesses do evade service. We have many options available to serve these types of individuals and we will work with you directly to get these individuals SERVED. If we are not able to serve your case within the 4 attempts, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.
