We obtain written acknowledgement of service on all process service whenever possible.  If someone refuses to sign, we obtain a detailed description of the individual and put that description on our affidavit.  If we obtain signed acknowledgement, which is about 95% of the time, we will upload our field sheet with the signature to your online account. 

If we are unable to serve your case within the service you signed up for, we will contact you via email for further instructions.  We WILL NOT proceed on your case in any way without written approval from you.

Standard Service:  First attempt is generally within 72 hours of receipt. Service is attempted 4 times over a 10 day period at varying times of the day to include a morning, afternoon, evening and or a weekend attempt.  Our attempts are determined upon what is seen at the location on our first attempt.  If you are having our firm serve a business, or someone at a business address, we attempt the business address 4 times during standard business hours.  We cannot guarantee the time in which we attempt, unless you have chosen to submit the case to us on a rush basis.  Attempting cases at a specific time, takes us off of our scheduled routes and therefore costs us additional time and fuel.  You can locate the rate for service on our free quote page which is checked daily for accuracy.   

Bad Address: If we find that the address supplied is incorrect, we will notify you within 48 hours by email to see how you would like us to proceed.  You have the option of providing us with a new address for service, or retaining us to run a skiptrace on the defendant/witness.  There will be an additional standard service fee to attempt the new address. 

Additional Defendant/Witness: If you are serving additional people/businesses at the same address and the documents can be sub-served, we offer a substantial discount off of the standard service fee for the additional defendants/witnesses.  If you are unsure if your documents can be sub-served, feel free to contact our office directly so we may assist you.  We will give you a price for the additional individuals by email or phone. 

Same Day Rush Fee: We will make 2 attempts on the same day of receipt, and 3 additional attempts over a 72 hour period.  If service has not been obtained within the 72 hours, we will continue attempting daily over a 5 day period until the case is either served, or you notify us of additional instructions. This fee also enables you to designate the times of the first 3 attempts.  We must have at least 2 hours of advanced notice on these assignments.  If you have less than 2 hours to serve, please call our office directly to see if we are able to schedule your service. 

Advanced witness/Filing fees: If you are required to submit witness fees to the witness, we will advance the witness fees to expedite your service.  There is a nominal fee for this service.  Please call or email our office for the fee associated with this.

Video Recording of Service: We have the ability to record video and audio of the service taking place via high performance cameras in our vehicles and body worn cameras.  Upon completion of service, we will provide you with the video of the service.  There is an additional fee for this service.  Please call or email our office for a price.

Once service is completed, you will receive a notarized affidavit of service or non-service.  This affidavit will be notarized, uploaded to your online account and the original mailed within 2 to 4  business days of completion.  

90% of all cases are served within the above types of service, however some defendant/witnesses do evade service.  We have many options available to serve these types of individuals and we will work with you directly to get these individuals SERVED.
